Privacy Policy

Shelvo imports order data from your Shopify store to power inventory forecasting. Customer personal information (names, emails, addresses) is stored only to keep sales history complete and can be erased on request within 30 days, including through Shopify's redaction webhooks.

We do not sell personal data. AI features (the ShelvoAi assistant and generated commentary) are powered by Google Gemini; prompts may include store context required to answer, but we meter usage per plan and never use your data to train our models.

Payment processing is handled by Shopify; we store no card numbers. Contact privacy@shelvo.io for deletion requests.
